‘Blues & Brews’ festival kicks off Saturday in Asbury Park
Event raises funds for Jazz and Blues Foundation
The Jersey Shore Jazz and Blues summer series of music festivals kicks off Saturday at its first event in Bradley Park across from Convention Hall.
The series takes place over the course of the next three Saturdays, beginning in Asbury Park and then travelling to Point Pleasant on July 20 and Long Branch on Aug. 24, according to a news release from the Jersey Shore Jazz and Blues Foundation, which is sponsoring the event.
Beer and wine gardens will be present at the Asbury Park location, according to the release. The festivals help to raise funds for the non-profit Jazz and Blues Foundation.
All ages are invited to the festivals, which is free to the public and dog friendly. The event takes place from noon to 8 p.m.
