Only application requirement: live in an area affected by Hurricane Sandy
The Monmouth/Ocean Small Business Development Center [MOSBDC] at Brookdale College has made 20 scholarships available for its Entrepreneur Certificate Program.
The only requirement to apply is residence in an area affected by Hurricane Sandy.
The Entrepreneur Certificate Program provides a curriculum tailored to those who seek to start a business or to expand a business already in existence, according to the MOSBDC website.

Individuals can choose from a selection of dates and times they wish to attend for some classes, but all five workshops must be attended to earn certification. All classes are located at Brookdale Community College.
