From Sept 11 to 16 the Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests:
SEPT 11
• A 37-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances [CDS] and possession of drug paraphernalia.
SEPT 12
• A 22-year-old male from Eatontown was arrested and charged with simple assault.
• A 38-year-old male from Spring Lake Heights was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 900 block of Bond Street.
• A 25-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, CDS distribution near school property, possession of prescription drugs and CDS possession with intent to distribute in the 1200 block of Washington Avenue.
• A 30-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats, simple assault and criminal mischief in the 800 block of Springwood Avenue.
• A 22-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
SEPT 13
• A 20-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice.
• A 41-year-old male from Wall was arrested and charged with simple assault.
• A 26-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS in the 10 block of Borden Avenue.
• A 20-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS.
• A 51-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault.
• A 36-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault.
• A 24-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the intersection of Bangs and Ridge avenues.
SEPT 14
• A 35-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 1000 block of Bangs Avenue.
• A 20-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice in the 700 block of Emory Street.
• A 24-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS in the 300 block of DeWitt Avenue.
SEPT 15
• A 41-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice and criminal trespassing in the 700 block of Fourth Avenue.
• A 47-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with driving without a license at the intersection of Sunset Avenue and Main Street.
SEPT 16
• A 31-year-old female from Brick was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at the intersection of Second Avenue and Main Street.
• A 29-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, unlawful possession of a rifle or shotgun and possession of a weapon without a permit at the intersection of Prospect Avenue and Church Street.
• A 39-year-old female from Neptune was arrested and charged with careless driving, driving without a license and fleeing the scene of an accident in the 20 block of Main Street.
• A 48-year-old male from Ocean Grove was arrested and charged with shoplifting in the 900 block of Main Street.
