From May 21 through 28, the police department made the following arrests:
• On May 21, a 20-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with contempt of court and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the 10 block of Atkins Avenue.
• On May 21, a 44-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 800 block of Dunlewy Street.
• On May 22, a 40-year-old female from Wall was arrested and charged with shoplifting in the 900 block of Main Street.
• On May 22, a 28-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 300 block of Deal Lake Drive.
• On May 23, an 18-year-old female from Oceanport was arrested and charged with underage public consumption of alcohol in the 900 block of Ocean Avenue.
• On May 23, an 18-year-old female from West Long Branch was arrested and charged with underage public consumption of alcohol in the 900 block of Ocean Avenue.
• On May 24. a 20-year-old male from Highlands was arrested and charged with theft by deception and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Main Street.
• On May 24, a 32-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with shoplifting in the 1200 block of Ocean Avenue.
• On May 24, a 39-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with theft of property in the second degree in the 1300 block of Ocean Avenue.
• On May 24, a 41-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 1300 block of Washington Boulevard.
• On May 24, a 39-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with theft of property in the 1300 block of Ocean Avenue.
• On May 25, an 18-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and contempt of court in the 100 block of Elizabeth Avenue.
• On May 25, a 55-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, aggravated assault on a police officer and criminal mischief in the 500 block of Fourth Avenue.
• On May 25, a 52-year-old male from Ocean Grove was arrested and charged with shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Main Street.
• On May 26, a 34-year-old male from Irvington was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance at Prospect and Mattison avenues.
• On May 26, a 24-year-0ld female from Ocean was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• On May 26, a 19-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing in the 600 block of Pine Street.
• On May 27, a 29-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with resisting arrest; driving after license was suspended or revoked; reckless driving; fictitious plates; driving or parking an unregistered motor vehicle; and no liability insurance coverage on a motor vehicle. The arrest was made in the 1100 block of Bangs Avenue.
• On May 27, a 52-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in the 1400 block of Main Street.
• On May 27, a 45-year-old male from Willingboro was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, possession of weapons for unlawful purposes and unlawful possession of weapons at Sunset Avenue and Kingsley Street.
• On May 28, a 19-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at First Avenue and the boardwalk.
• On May 28, a 41-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 700 block of First Avenue.
• On May 28, a 29-year-old male from Red Bank was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the intersection of Second Avenue and the boardwalk.
• On May 28, a 21-year-old male from Bradley Beach was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at Second Avenue and Kingsley Street.
• On May 28, a 49-year-old male from Ocean was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at Fifth Avenue and Kingsley Street.
• There were also numerous arrests made for contempt of court.
