From April 2 to 6 the Asbury Park police department made the following arrests:

APRIL 2

• A 52-year-old male from Matawan was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 700 block of Grand Avenue.

• A 22-year-old female from Eatontown was arrested and charged with simple assault in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue.

• A 47-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances [CDS] in the 1000 block of Third Avenue.

• A 57-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of Third Avenue.

• A 49-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of Third Avenue.

• A 39-year-old male from Freehold was arrested and charged with possession of CDS with intent to distribute, possession of CDS, CDS distribution near school property and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of Third Avenue.

• A 32-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing  at Asbury Park Village.

• A 29-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with criminal mischief at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Main Street.

• A 20-year-old male from Howell was arrested and charged with possession of CDS at the intersection of Springwood Avenue and Avenue A.

• A 22-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS with intent to distribute at the intersection of Summerfield and Ridge avenues. 

APRIL 3

• A 29-year-old male from Lakewood was arrested and charged with simple assault in the 1400 block of Springwood Avenue.

• A 55-year-old male from Toms River was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 700 block of Grand Avenue.

• A 60-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with parole violation and failure to registers as a sex offender at Newark Penn Station.

• An 18-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with shoplifting in the 600 block of Main Street.

• A 20-year-old female from Bronx NY was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

APRIL 4

• A 44-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction of justice and possession of weapons in the 1500 block of Main Street.

• A 50-year-old male from Toms River was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension and possession of CDS at the intersection of Bangs and DeWitt avenues.

APRIL 5

• A 44-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, possession of CDS with intent to distribute and CDS distribution near school property.

• A 22-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS at Stephen Manor.

• A 28-year-old male from Ocean was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.

• A 26-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and loitering with intent to obtain or distribute CDS in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue.

• A 20-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, CDS distribution near school property, child abuse or neglect and CDS distribution or manufacture in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.

• A 24-year-old male from Keyport was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.

APRIL 6

• A 64-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 34-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault and child abuse or neglect at police headquarters.

• A 39-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats and unlawful possession of a weapon in the 1300 block of Washington Avenue.

• A 53-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault in the 1500 block of Summerfield Avenue.

• A 64-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 1200 block of Washington Avenue.

• A 29-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with driving without a license, assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and driving with an open container of alcohol in the 1300 block of Heck Avenue.

• A 21-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension at the intersection of DeWitt Avenue and McKinley Place. 

• A 27-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault in the 400 block of Sunset Avenue.
