On Wednesday, July 9 from 6 to 10 p.m., The Lakehouse Music Academy will host a red carpet fundraiser screening of The Beatles’ 1967 film “A Hard Day’s Night” to benefit students at Asbury Park’s Hope Academy Charter School.

Tickets to ‘A Hard Day’s Night for Hope’ are $75 per person and include dinner, dessert and beverages, live music entertainment and a silent auction. Dinner, drinks and live entertainment will take place outside within the 700 block of Cookman Avenue, between Main and Bond streets.

Two screenings of the 50th anniversary digitally restored re-release of the film will be shown in The ShowRoom Cinema, located within the block.

The fundraising event’s goal is to raise funds to establish a music program at the school, which serves kindergarten through eighth grade students.

Last summer, the Lakehouse facilitated a short music enrichment program with some of the Hope Academy students that not only proved highly successful but also demonstrated a need to bring a comprehensive curriculum to the school.
