Law enforcement action July 16–23

From July 16  through 23, the Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests:

JULY 16

• A 54-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 1200 block of Springwood Avenue.

• A 30-year-old female from Neptune Township was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance [CDS; cocaine] at police headquarters.

• A 54-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault in the Asbury Park Village housing complex.

• A 30-year-old female from Neptune Township was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] at the intersection of Second and Grand avenues.

• A 33-year-old female from Point Pleasant was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of Bangs Avenue.

• A 34-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine], possession of CDS with the intent to distribute [heroin] and possession of CDS within a school zone in the 600 block of Church Street.

• A 54-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [heroin] at the intersection of Pine Street and Asbury Avenue.

• A 22-year-old male from Neptune City was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] and defiant trespassing in the 400 block of Fourth Avenue.

• A 35-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [heroin], possession of CDS with the intent to distribute [heroin] and possession of CDS within a school zone in the 600 block of Church Street.

• A 30-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [heroin], possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of hypodermic syringe in the 400 block of Fourth Avenue.

JULY 17

• A 56-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the transportation center.

• A 24-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 200 block of Second Avenue.

• A 36-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in at the intersection of First and Main avenues.

• A 29-year-old male from Ocean Township was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 900 block of Main Street.

• A 30-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 900 block of Main Street.

• A 56-year-old male from Point Pleasant was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [heroin and marijuana under 50g] and possession of drug paraphernalia at the transportation center.

• A 22-year-old male from Neptune City was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [heroin] at the intersection of Fifth and Grand avenues.

• A 26-year-old male from Edgewater Park was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and receiving stolen property at police headquarters.

JULY 18

• A 52-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 1200 block of Mattison Avenue.

• A 32-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstructing justice and possession of CDS [marijuana under 50g] in the 1000 block of Bangs Avenue.

• A 53-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 300 block of Sunset Avenue.

• A 27-year-old female from was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the  300 block of Sunset Avenue.

• A 20-year-old male from Neptune Township was arrested and charged with burglary to a structure and possession of CDS [marijuana under 50g] in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.

JULY 19

• A 49-year-old male from Middletown was arrested and charged with obstructing justice in the 1200 block of Springwood Avenue.

• A 20-year-old male from Neptune Township was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 800 block of Ocean Avenue.

• A 21-year-old male from Freehold was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 800 block of Ocean Avenue.

• A 51-year-old male from Neptune Township was arrested and charged with shoplifting in the 600 block of Main Street.

• A 51-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [heroin] in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue.

• A 38-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and making terroristic threats in the 800 block of Main Street.

• A 27-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with public lewdness in the 300 block of Sunset Avenue.

• A 60-year-old male from Wall was arrested and charged with public lewdness in the 300 block of Sunset Avenue.

JULY 20

• A 21-year-old female from Oceanport was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in the 1200 block of Mattison Avenue.

• A 41-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and possession of CDS [marijuana under 50g] in the 300 block of Memorial Drive.

• A 26-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and failure to disperse in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.

• A 43-year-old female from Neptune was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and criminal trespassing in the 10 block of Atkins Avenue.

JULY 21

• A 39-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 500 block of Prospect Street.

• A 34-year-old female from Lakewood was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the

• A 43-year-old male from Neptune Township was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, onstructing justice and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1500 block of Springwood Avenue.

• A 29-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.

• A 41-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] and disorderly conduct in the 1300 block of Langford Street.

• A 34-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct in the 1100 block of Atlantic Boulevard East.

JULY 22

• A 24-year-old male from Oakhurst was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [heroin] at the intersection of Summerfield Avenue and Langford Street.

• A 28-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [heroin], possession of CDS with the intent to distribute, and possession of CDS in a school zone at the intersection of Summerfield Avenue and Langford Street.

JULY 23

• A 39-year-old male from Spring Lake Heights was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] and defiant trespassing in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue.

• A 28-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue.
