Asbury Park homeowners will host a citywide yard sale on Saturday, Sept. 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Everyone signed up to host a yard sale has agreed to donate at least 10 percent of their gross sales to local animal rescues, Rescue Ridge or Wag On Inn, according to a post on an Asbury Park-based social media website.

To date, over 30 homes have signed up for the list, which will be distributed through various print, social, and on-air media sources, the post stated.

Anyone who would like to host a yard sale is asked to email their name and the location of the sale to Asbury Park resident Sonja O’Brien at obriensonja@aol.com no later than Tuesday, Aug. 26.

The yard sale will be held rain or shine.

The last citywide yard sale saw over 30 residences participate, according to the post.
