From September 23 through 30, the Asbury Park police department made the following arrests:
SEPT 23
• A 28-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue.
• A 28-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue.
• A 37-year-old male from Brick Township was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances [CDS; marijuana/hash under 50g] and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of Second Avenue.
• A 46-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [marijuana] in the
• A 23-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstructing justice in the Asbury Park Gardens housing complex.
• A 23-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with shoplifting in the 1000 block of Memorial Drive.
• A 23-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, possession of CDS [marijuana/hash under 50g], and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of Second Avenue.
• A 50-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue.
SEPT 24
• A 50-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 1200 block of Mattison Avenue.
• A 27-year-old female from Manchester was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 100 block of Ridge Avenue.
• A 39-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 100 block of Ridge Avenue.
• An 18-year-old male from Howell was arrested and charged with strong arm robbery in the 1000 block of Monroe Avenue.
SEPT 25
• A 31-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, and unlawful possession of a weapon in the 800 block of First Avenue.
SEPT 27
• A 27-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the intersection of Second Avenue and Heck Street.
• A 19-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstructing justice in the 100 block of Elizabeth Avenue.
• A 37-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [marijuana/hash under 50g] in the 400 block of First Avenue.
• A 24year-old male from Fair Haven was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 43-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, hindering apprehension, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing justice in the first block of Boston Way.
SEPT 28
• A 20-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the first block of Atkins Avenue.
• A 21-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [marijuana/hash under 50g] at Sheffield Market.
• A 49-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 400 block of Eighth Avenue.
• A 26-year-old male from Tinton Falls was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [marijuana/hash under 50g] in the 800 block of Asbury Avenue.
• A 21-year-old male from Allenwood was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1100 block of Grand Avenue.
• A 26-year-old male from Brick was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the intersection of Mattison and Cookman avenues.

• A 33-year-old male from Freehold was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine]
• A 28-year-old male from Brick Township was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1100 block of Bond Street.
• A 34-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [marijuana/hash under 50g]] and obstructing justice in the 1200 block of Summerfield Avenue.
• A 31-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault in the 1200 block of Springwood Avenue.
• A 22-year-old male from Iselin was arrested and charged with criminal attempted murder, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, attempting to disarm a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and certain persons prohibited from carrying weapons in the 600 block of Main Street.
• A 39-year-old male from Allenhurst was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing in the 900 block of Fourth Avenue.
SEPT 30
• A 33-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of Mattison Avenue.
• A 50-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of Mattison Avenue.
• A 43-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of Mattison Avenue.
• A 27-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with burglary to a structure and simple assault in the 400 block of Third Avenue.
• A 42-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with eluding a police officer, resisting arrest and obstructing justice in the 1100 block of Asbury Avenue.
