Temperatures are mild at the Jersey Shore, making it easy to long for the sunny days of summer. For those who have summer on the brain, beach badge certificates for the 2015 season will soon be on sale at One Municipal Plaza.

The city makes badges available this time of year so they can be given as holiday gifts.

Starting this week, certificates may be purchased in the city hall lobby every Friday from 2 to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. until Dec. 20.

Badges are available at 2014 prices, listed as follows:

• Regular (ages 18 through 61): $70

• Teens (ages 13 through 17): $20

• Seniors (ages 62 and older): $20
