From November 26 to Dec 2, the Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests.

NOV 26

• A 20-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing, possession of CDS [cocaine] and possession of CDS in a school zone in the 1300 block of Springwood Avenue.

• A 19-year-old male from Eatontown was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing, possession of CDS [marijuana/hash under 50g] in the 1300 block of Springwood Avenue.

• A 26-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with  eluding a police officer, unlawful possession of a hand gun and resisting arrest at police headquarters.

NOV 27

• A 22-year-old male from Wall Township was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 700 block of Memorial Drive.

• A 48-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with simple assault in the 300 block of Langford Street.

NOV 28   

• A 35-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol in the 1200 block of Monroe Avenue.

• A 26-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with burglary to a structure and theft of movable property in the 1100 block of Fourth Avenue.

• A 27-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with burglary to a structure and theft of movable property in the 1100 block of Fourth Avenue.

NOV 29

• A 21-year-old male from Monmouth Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.

• A 36-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the intersection of Springwood and Dewitt avenues.

• A 25-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstructing justice at the intersection of Springwood and Dewitt avenues.

• A 36-year-old female from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.

• A 59-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats and unlawful possession of a weapon in the 1300 block of Springwood Avenue.

• A 30-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and failure to disperse in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.

• A 27-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS [cocaine] in the 900 block of Sunset Avenue.

• A 26-year-old male from Eatontown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.

• A 21-year-old male from Ocean Township was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of CDS [marijuana/hash under 50g] at the intersection of Comstock Street and Monroe Avenue.

NOV 30

• A 23-year-old female from Lake Como was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.

• A 23-year-old female from Spring Lake was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.

• A 27-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol in the 1100 block of Memorial Drive.

• A 53-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Main Street.

• A 32-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, resisting arrest, making terroristic threats and criminal restraint in the 1500 block of Sewall Avenue.

• A 26-year-old from Dover was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, receiving stolen property, possession of a weapon while committing a CDS crime, possession of CDS [marijuana/hash over 50g], possession of CDS with intent to distribute, and possession of CDS in a school zone at the intersection of Summerfield Avenue and Emory Street.

• A 24-year-old male from Eatontown was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, certain persons not to possess weapons, possession of a weapon while committing a CDS crime, receiving stolen property, possession of CDS [marijuana/hash over 50g], possession of CDS with intent to distribute and possession of CDS in a school zone at the intersection of Summerfield Avenue and Emory Street.

• A 22-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, certain persons not to possess weapons, possession of a weapon while committing a CDS crime, receiving stolen property, possession of CDS [marijuana/hash over 50g], possession of CDS with intent to distribute and possession of CDS in a school zone at the intersection of Summerfield Avenue and Emory Street.

DEC 1

• A 57-year-old female from Tinton Falls was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in the  900 block of Langford Street.

• A 31-year-old male from Belmar was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of Memorial Drive.

• A 29-year-old female from Neptune was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, aggravated assault, and endangering the welfare of a child in the first block of Atkins Avenue.

• A 20-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of an imitation weapon in the 900 block of Bangs Avenue.

DEC 2

• A 28-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a handgun and certain persons not to possess weapons at the intersection of Atkins and Heck avenue.
