Three adults and a 16-year-old are facing various drug charges after police executed a search warrant Tuesday at their Melville Street home.
The warrant was issued following a two-month investigation led by the department’s Criminal Investigation Bureau, said Ocean Township Police Det. Lt. Kevin L. Faller.
Detectives, who arrived near 8:51 a.m. Tuesday, allegedly found marijuana and various drug paraphernalia in the Oakhurst home.
Joeseph Falco, 53, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Gladys Falco, 51, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Stephanie Falco, 19, was charged possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The 16-year-old was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His case will be handled by the Monmouth County Family Division Court.
Faller said the three adults were released pending a future court date.
