From June 27 through July 2, 2012, the police department made the following arrests:
• On June 27, a 49-year-old female from Ocean was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension and contempt of court at the Transportation Center.
• On June 27, a 61-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault in the 1200 block of Springwood Avenue.
• On June 28, a 40-year-old female from Medford was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and disorderly conduct. The arrest was made in the 900 block of Ocean Avenue.
• On June 28, a 22-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with shoplifting in the 900 block of Main Street.
• On June 28, a 65-year-old male from Tinton Falls was arrested and charged with forgery, careless driving, two counts of driving after license was suspended or revoked, loitering and contempt of court at the intersection of Elizabeth and Springwood avenues.
• On June 28, an 18-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with theft in the 1100 block of Sunset Avenue.
• On June 28, a 22-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with two counts of shoplifting, theft of property and driving after license was suspended or revoked in the 900 block of Main Street.
• On June 29, a 33-year-old female from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the intersection of Kingsley Street and Sixth Avenue.
• On June 29, a 30-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; manufacturing, distributing or dispensing of a controlled dangerous substance; distribution of a controlled dangerous substance near school property; unlawful possession of weapons; and firearm possession while committing a controlled dangerous substance crime in the 1000 block of Sewall Avenue.
• On June 30, a 26-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice; resisting arrest; unlawful possession of weapons; unauthorized possession of weapons; prohibited weapons and contempt of court at the intersection of First Avenue and Main Street.
• On July 1, a 66-year-old female from Bradley Beach was arrested and charged with simple assault in the 100 block of Asbury Avenue.
• On July 1, a 21-year-old male from Freehold was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension and two counts of contempt of court in the 200 block of Deal Lake Drive.
• On July 1, a 20-year-old male form Asbury Park was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension, three counts of contempt of court and underage public consumption of alcohol as a minor at the intersection of Second and Ocean avenues.
• On July 1, a 19-year-old female from Neptune was arrested and charge with failure to disperse and disorderly conduct at the intersection of Second Avenue and the boardwalk.
• On July 1, a 29-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with failure to disperse, obstruction of justice and aggravated assault in the fourth degree at the intersection of First Avenue and Kingsley Street.
• On July 2, a 22-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.
• On July 2, a 22-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with contempt of court and possession of a controlled dangerous substance at the intersection of Bangs and Ridge avenues.
• On July 2, a 34-year-old female from Orange was arrested and charged with contempt of court and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the 200 block of Deal Lake Drive.
• On July 2, a 34-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with two charges of contempt of court, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of Deal Lake Drive.
