Wesley Lake, the body of water separating Asbury Park and Ocean Grove, hasn’t always been a good example of picture-perfect beauty. But this shot, sent to us by Toms River photographer Ray Yaeger, proves otherwise.
Yaeger tells triCity, “I pass that foot bridge across Wesley Lake many times a week. One night under a dramatic sky I decided to stop.” The picture above is the result of that decision to capture the moment.
“I have always enjoyed taking pictures and started RTY Photography LLC after I retired from the corporate world,” he said. “I love Asbury Park and started photographing it about two years ago when I became part of The Gallery 13 located downtown.”
