Asbury Park Chamber of Commerce Board President Roy S. Werts died Tuesday at his home, according Buckley Funeral Home website.

Private funeral arrangements are being handled by the Second Avenue funeral home but those who wish to express their condolences may do so via www.Buckelyfuneralhome.net.

The 54-year-old Jersey City native owned and operated Posh Den along the Asbury Park boardwalk since 2008 [see below].

He was predeceased by his parents, Roy and Marie Werts; his sisters: Linda Flatley and DiAnna Klossek. He is survived by his brother, Michael and his wife, Lori of Toms River and his sister, Cynthia Greaney and her husband, Richard of Toms River; his four nieces and nephews: Liz Flatley, Gabriella Werts and Michael and Megan Werts, according to the obituary.
