Brick Residents Found Parked in Lot Engaging In Drug Activity
Duo charged with heroin, prescription pills and drug paraphernalia possession
Investigation into a suspicious vehicle parked Monday night in the Seaview Square Mall lot led to the drug arrest of two Brick residents and a Manchester man found walking in vicinity, Ocean Township Police Department announced in a news release.
Brittany Servinski, 19, of Brick was charged with possession of heroin, prescription pills, a hypodermic syringe, and other drug paraphernalia, officials said. She was also wanted on outstanding warrants from Ocean County Sheriff’s office and additional municipalities.
Liam Negri, 21, also of Brick was charged with the possession of heroin, prescription pills, a hypodermic syringe, and other drug paraphernalia.
Christopher Czajkowski, 31, of Manchester, located a short distance away, also was detained on several outstanding warrants, officials said.
Ocean detectives, patrolling the area, encountered the suspicious vehicle near 9:32 p.m. Monday in the parking lot off Route 66. A motor vehicle stop revealed that Negri and Servinski were engaging in drug activity, officials said.
Servinski was remanded to Monmouth County Jail, pending a first appearance.
Negri was issued two motor vehicle summons and released, pending a future court appearance.
And Czajkowski, unable to post bail for the outstanding warrants, was turned over to the Howell Police Department.
