Summer’s end was celebrated Saturday during the City’s Back to School Block Party at Hammary Courts on Prospect Avenue. Asbury Park families were treated to a gathering featuring giveaways, an array of vendors, free massages, bouncies, food and fun, with municipal staff volunteering their time.  Below is a snapshot of the event:
