Neptune Shooting Victims Identified

Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office & Neptune PD Seek Public Helps

The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office has released the names of two gunshot victims found in Neptune Friday afternoon.

Neptune Township Police department who responded near 4:30 p.m. Friday to the 500 block of Sayre Street found inside a gray 2004 Acura MDX the driver, Frantz Paraison  37, of Neptune and passenger, Shaezeel Collins, 37, of Toms River, the news statement said.

Collins was pronounced deceased at the scene, and Paraison was transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center where he died.

The investigation is active and ongoing, a spokesman said. Monmouth County Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of criminals and fugitives.
