From Sept. 3 to 10, the Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests:
SEPT. 3
• A 24-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in the 200 block of First Avenue.
SEPT. 5
• A 34-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with assault at police headquarters.
SEPT. 6
• A 40-year-old male from Eatontown was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances [CDS] in the 600 block of Third Avenue.
SEPT. 7
• A 23-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Atkins Avenue.
• A 21-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the intersection of Mattison Avenue and Memorial Drive.
• A 49-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, manufacturing or dispensing CDS, CDS distribution near school property and CDS distribution near a public place in the 1500 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 39-year-old male from Tinton Falls was arrested and charged with lewdness in the 1000 block of Bond Street.
• A 54-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with assault and terroristic threats in the 600 block of Third Avenue.
• A 29-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, manufacturing or dispensing CDS, CDS distribution near school property, CDS distribution near a public place, unauthorized possession of weapons, drug paraphernalia, possessing a weapon while committing CDS crime with intent to use and obstruction of justice in the 200 block of Deal Lake Drive.
• A 36-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, manufacturing or dispensing CDS, CDS distribution near school property and obstruction of justice in the 200 block of Deal Lake Drive.
• A 35-year-old male from Eatontown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the intersection of Main Street and Second Avenue.
SEPT. 8
• A 45-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, possession of weapons fro unlawful purposes and unlawful possession of weapons in the 1000 block of Main Street.
• A 21-year-old male from Eatontown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kinglsey Avenue.
• A 19-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS in the 1500 block of Springwood Avenue.
• A 32-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, manufacturing and dispensing CDS, CDS distribution near a public place and drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Fourth Avenue.
• A 33-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, drug paraphernalia, manufacturing or distributing CDS and CDS distribution near a public place in the 600 block of Fourth Avenue.
SEPT. 9
• A 34-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with assault in the 900 block of Bangs Avenue.
• A 42-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the intersection of Main Street and Fourth Avenue.
• A 35-year-old male from Ocean Township was arrested and charged with harassment in the 900 block of Main Street.
• A 58-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, manufacturing or distributing CDS, CDS distribution near a public place and drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of Prospect Avenue.
• A 30-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with driving after license suspension and contempt of court in the 100 block of Ridge Avenue.
• A 48-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, drug paraphernalia, manufacturing or distributing CDS, CDS distribution near school property and CDS distribution near a public place in the 100 block of Prospect Avenue.
SEPT. 10
• A 22-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS at the intersection of Springwood and Union avenues.
• A 55-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and drug paraphernalia in the 700 block of Emory Street.
