The Asbury Park Chamber of Commerce and Mayor John Moor were on hand last week for the grand opening of Joe Oz Real Estate Group on Bangs Avenue.
“The Joe Oz Realty Group is a fantastic new addition to the community,” Chamber Executive Director Sylvia Sylvia-Cioffi said in a written statement. “It takes about two seconds when you walk into their beautiful space on Bangs Ave to see what a perfect fit they are for Asbury Park.”
The office is an extension of realtor Joseph Ossichak III’s offerings, having run a branch in 
Shrewsbury for many years.
And according to his website, Oz is not your typical real estate agent. Having entered the field after being dissatisfied with his own realtor, he was convinced that he could provide clients with high-quality service and an unparalleled experience, the written statement says.
“We had a great event with lots of support from the community ” Ossichak said.
The Joe Oz Group is associated with Keller Williams Realty East Monmouth in Shrewsbury and is a team of residential real estate agents who have over 30 years industry experience, collectively.
“Asbury has a great vibe and to be a part of that is an honor,” team member Jennifer Mawson said.
