Ocean Township Police arrested a 27-year-old Neptune man Tuesday in connection to a spate of burglaries that occurred at various township, Neptune and Tinton Falls locations, officials announced via a written news statement.
Kyle A. Terry has been charged with four counts of burglary, four counts of theft and nine counts of credit card related offenses.
The charges stem from gym locker thefts that occurred from Nov 13 through 26 at Jersey Strong [formerly Work Out World].
The police investigation found that Terry stole wallets and used the credit cards at various locations in Ocean, Neptune and Tinton Falls, officials said. On one of the occasions he removed car keys from a locker then proceeded to the parking lot to burglarize the vehicle and steal personal property.
