Second Baptist will host a housing development information session at noon Sunday.

Developers behind the residential projects underway along the Springwood Avenue corridor will be hand to update the community and answer questions at the Atkins Avenue house of worship.

The projects, which include the rehabilitation of the long shuttered Boston Way and the Michaels Organization affordable housing project – The Renaissance, will bring hundreds of new rental homes to the southwest neighborhood.
