From Oct. 2 to 8 the Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests:
OCT. 2
• A 45-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances [CDS].
OCT. 3
• A 32-year-old male from Orange was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property at the intersection of Main Street and Springwood Avenue.
OCT. 4
• A 34-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault and criminal mischief in the 1100 block of Main Street.
• A 19-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with riot and aggravated assault in the 1000 block of Sunset Avenue.
OCT. 6
• A 43-year-old male from Asbury park was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon without a permit, unlawful possession of a hand gun and possession of CDS.
• A 39-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
OCT. 7
• A 28-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• A 50-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, manufacturing or distribution CDS and CDS distribution near a school.
• A 25-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and drug paraphernalia.
• A 25-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and drug paraphernalia.
• A 19-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and drug paraphernalia.
OCT. 8
• A 51-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and drug paraphernalia.
• A 36-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing.
• A 19-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice.
