PulseAP is at it again with a new video about a weekly tradition in Asbury Park — the Wonder Bar’s Yappy Hour.

Youth reporter Teasia Ruffin and PulseAP creator Karen Heyson recently visited the Ocean Avenue hot spot to interview dog owners and bargoers.

PulseAP is a collection of online news videos about events and businesses in Asbury Park. Veteran film editor Heyson is at the helm, shooting and editing the videos. She pays local teenagers do the reporting in an effort to give them job experience and a taste of broadcast journalism. For more of their videos, click here.
