Renaissance Application Update
Clayton: Residents Expected To Begin Moving In By Year’s End
The Renaissance, a 64 unit affordable housing complex being constructed by Marlton-based Michaels Group along Springwood and Sylvan avenues, is now accepting applications.
The $20.2 million project features 64 townhome style homes for families falling within a variety of incomes at or below 60 percent of the area’s median income.
Five of the units will be reserved for homeless individuals and families, with a preference going toward those who have served in a branch of the US military.
During the first 90 days of leasing, a priority will be given to those who were displaced during Superstorm Sandy.
Interstate Realty Management will serve as the property manager.

Clayton suggests filing applications online because they are being considered in the order they are received.
Applications are available online and via liveatasbury.com. Applications are also available on the second floor of the city hall, located at 1 Municipal Plaza. Those who do not have access to a computer can go the Asbury Park Public Library, located on 500 First Ave, for help.
