Can’t Buy Me Love Returns Feb 9
Asbury Park Bazaar 4th Annual Valentine’s Event Runs noon to 6 pm inside Convention Hall
The Asbury Park Bazaar 4th Annual Valentine’s event Can’t Buy Me Love returns noon o 6 pm Saturday inside the Grand Arcade at Convention Hall, located at 1300 Ocean Ave.
The event features a specially curated marketplace showcasing the best in independent local and regional vendors, cofounder Jenny Vickers Chyb said.
“We’re so excited to be hosting the Asbury Park Valentine’s Bazaar for the fourth year in a row,” Vickers Chyb said. “It is a celebration of the love we have for our community, and all of the amazing designers, artists and makers who handcraft items or sell vintage goods. The Grand Arcade of Convention Hall is a perfect place to celebrate Valentine’s – it’s a beautiful and romantic location right on the beach in Asbury Park. You can pick up flowers, chocolates, and a gift for your sweetie, enjoy live music, champagne and oysters, or hot drinks in our fireplace lounge, and of course, grab a photo at The Little Detour’s photo kissing booth to remember how much fun you had.”
This year, vendor offerings include everything from handcrafted jewelry, art, and photography to candles, chocolates and home goods. The free, pet-friendly event also features:
A noon to 3 pm Lover’s Luau Brunch at Anchor’s Bend with live music by Slowey & The Boats.
The photo Kissing Booth, with portions of proceeds benefitting See Spot Rescued, a foster-based, all-volunteer 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Jersey City.
There’s also a Bubbly Bar, Fireplace Lounge & Hot Drink Bar on the menu, with champagne & oysters being offered at the Asbury Oyster Bar. For more information, visit asburyparkbazaar.com.
