Sea.Hear.Now returns to Asbury Park, NJ, for a two-day festival and a sold-out crowd of 35,000 a day.
The festival will transform North Beach of Asbury Park- Bradley Park-Atlantic Park into a cultural hub celebrating music, art and surf culture. Sea.Hear.Now will feature more than 25 bands on three stages including Dave Matthews Band, The Lumineers, Dropkick Murphys, Dispatch, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, The B-52s, and more.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: Sea.Hear.Now is dedicated to keeping patrons safe. In the event of an emergency, safety messaging will come from the stage video screens, announcements from the loudspeakers, push notifications on the Official Sea.Hear.Now Festival Mobile App, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and instructions from festival staff and security. Anyone in need of medical or security assistance throughout the weekend may approach any festival security or staff member for the appropriate support. ENTERING SEA.HEAR.NOW:
All fans are subject to a full and complete airport-style search prior to entry. This may include a full-body pat-down and magnetometer screening before entry. If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian.
BOX OFFICE AND TICKETING INFORMATION:
The Festival Box Office is located in the Paramount Theater Box Office at 1300 Ocean Ave, Asbury Park, NJ. Please bring a valid photo IDin order to pick up your wristband. For additional Box Office info, please check out our website.
•BAG SEARCH AND NO BAG EXPRESS LANES: For the safety of everyone entering the festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry. Please review the Allowed & Prohibited items list for a stress-free entry process.
All bags will be searched before entry. Bags will be restricted to small purses, totes and drawstring bags only. Bag size may not exceed 14” x 11” x 5” (35cm x 28cm x 12cm), or 30 linear inches (75cm) in total, and must have no more than one singular pocket or opening. Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets are prohibited. Hydration packs are allowed but must be emptied of all liquid and have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir. Security will confiscate items if they are illegal and will not hold any items until the festival is over. If you’re bringing prescription medication, make sure the name on the label matches the name on your ID, and our medical team will clear it at the entry gate.
TICKETS: General Admission and VIP Tickets to Sea.Hear.Now are sold out. A very limited number of “Ultimate Experience” tickets remain.
All wristbands contain RFID technology and will be authenticated upon entering the gates.
FESTIVAL HOURS: noon to 10:30 pm Saturday, September 21 and Sunday, September 22.
GETTING TO SEA.HEAR.NOW: Fans are encouraged to use eco-friendly transportation from public transportation to bikes. Public transportation information, including train and bus schedules, is available via the NJ Transit. NOTE: Asbury Park Station is a 5-minute car ride or 15-minute walk from the festival.

FOOD COURT:
Arrive hungry! Whether you’re looking to grab some delicious pizza, fresh oysters, chicken & waffles or traditional Jersey Shore delights, our food vendors have something for everyone. Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Free options will be available. Asbury Park also has incredible local businesses along the boardwalk, many of which will be open for business during festival hours. Grab a bite there too and check out all the businesses on the boardwalk.
SURF:
Sea.Hear.Now is more than just a music festival. In addition to an incredible lineup of talented bands, surf enthusiasts and music-lovers alike will enjoy live surfer expression sessions with pro surfers, board shaping demos, and more. ART:
The Danny Clinch Transparent Gallery has become an inclusive community hub in Asbury Park as a space that is part gallery, part music venue, and part local living room for all who wish to stop by and feel the magic created by legendary rock photographer Danny Clinch. Sea.Hear.Now will bring Danny’s gallery to life with an on-site Pop-Up space featuring original artwork from many of the multi-talented musicians on the festival’s bill including Dave Matthews and Donavon Frankenreiter. The Transparent Gallery Pop Up will also bring fans special acoustic sessions from select artists, including a confirmed special appearance by Infinite Color & Sound, featuring Kate Neckel and Mike McCready from Pearl Jam.
Additionally, the work of local artist Pork Chop provides the centerpiece to this year’s art installations with his iconic surfboard arch returning, as well as his sea life sculptural interpretations and more.
YOGA:
We’re excited to announce Yoga Sessions featuring Eoin Finn will be taking place each morning during of Sea.Hear.Now (Sept. 21-22) from 8:30 am to 9:30 am inside the festival site! Relax and recharge with us on the beautiful beach.
Yoga Sessions will be free and open to the general public. The entrance for the Yoga sessions is the Southside of the boardwalk next to the Paramount/Convention Hall.
