Three seats on the nine-member board were up for grabs. Initial returns had Wendi Glassman in third place, but as more mail-in ballots were counted Remy overtook her to win.

The terms are for three years.

Carritta Cook 3,133

Giuseppe “Joe” Grillo 2681

Anthony Remy 2,594

Wendi Glassman 2,311

Iman-Mtume Hall 2,213
