From April 3 through April 11, the Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests:
• On April 6, 2012, a 23-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with obstructing arrest and defiant trespassing.
• On April 4, a 25-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance — cocaine; possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute; distribution of a controlled dangerous substance; possession with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school zone; and distribution within 1000 feet of a school zone.
• On April 9, a 59-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested for shoplifting.
• On April 3, a 38-year-old man from Asbury Park was arrested for criminal mischief — damages tangible property of another.
• On April 3, a 32-year-old female from Ocean was arrested for defiant trespassing.
• On April 11, a 26-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested for disorderly conduct .
• On April 6, a 49-year-old male from Palmyra was arrested for simple assault.
• On April 6, a 54-year-old male from Palmyra was arrested for simple assault.
• On April 8, a 26-year-old female from Neptune was arrested for disorderly conduct.
• On April 8, a 27-year-old female from Neptune was arrested for disorderly conduct.
• On April 4, a 37-year-old male from Tinton Falls was arrested for theft of property and resisting arrest in the fourth degree.
In addition, there were numerous arrests for contempt of court and failure to appear.
