Asbury Park’s city council is scheduled to meet in council chambers tonight, with a closed executive session starting at 5 p.m.; a workshop session at 6 p.m.; and a regular meeting at 7 p.m.
Items on the agenda include:

• Public hearing on bond ordinances establishing how the city will spend funds borrowed for repairs of Hurricane Sandy damage. The allocations up for a vote tonight are $450,000 for the wooden foot bridge over Sunset Lake; $800,000 for replacement of parking stations; $3.3 million for sewer plant repairs; and $4.5 million for boardwalk repairs.
