Below is the Allenhurst Police Department crime reports from October 10 to 19:
OCT 10
• Police responded to Spier Avenue home for a report of a house party that was out of control. Upon arrival, they found dozens of juveniles attempting to flee the area on foot. They detained as many teens as they could and released them into the custody of their parents. No charges were filed but the matter remains under investigation. Patrolmen Lipari, Eustace, and Rapolla responded. Deal Police assisted.
OCT 11
• Police, called to an Allen Avenue residence after a party had been shut down, observed a female fleeing the area on foot. She was never located but Deal Police Department was notified of the matter. Patrolmen Lipari and Eustace responded.
• A 21-year-old borough woman and a 22-year-old Bloomfield man were charged with trespassing during the early morning hours. The man was also charged with criminal mischief and littering and was mailed an additional littering summons after police found his summonses ripped up and left on the ground. Patrolman Lipari was assisted by Patrolman Eustace.
OCT 13
• A malicious mischief report at the Beach Club, near the restaurant, remains under investigation by Patrolman DiBona.
• Patrolman Carafa and K9 Bia participated in a NJ State Police training program.
OCT 15
• Patrolman DiBona took a report of, collected, and processed a drug-related item found in the Main Street vicinity.
OCT 16
• A 40-year-old Long Branch man was arrested on an outstanding Long Branch warrant following a motor vehicle stop. He was released after posting a cash bail. Patrolman Lipari was the arresting officer.
OCT 17
• A 43-year-old Long Branch man was charged with driving while unlicensed following a motor vehicle stop. The vehicle was released to a properly licensed driver. Patrolman Carafa was the arresting officer.
OCT 18
• Police and the first aid squad responded to a report of an unresponsive man on the NJ Transit train. The man, found to be intoxicated, was transported to his home and released into the custody of a responsible party.
OCT 19
• A 31-year old Neptune man for driving erratically, police discovered he was unlicensed. He was issued summonses for failure to maintain lane and driving while unlicensed (never having had a license). Patrolman Eustace was the arresting officer.
• Police, Fire Department, and the First Aid Squad responded to a three-vehicle crash at the Corlies and Norwood Avenue intersection. One person was transported to a local hospital with a neck injury and one driver received a careless driving charge. Patrolman Rapolla was assisted by Chief Richter.
From Oct. 8 to 19, officers responded to two residential and commercial alarm calls, issued three borough ordinance violations, responded to a noise related complaint, made two other contempt of court warrant arrests, one of which was transported to the Monmouth County Jail in lieu of bail, and had two assist to other law enforcement agencies.
