From Oct. 12 to 14, the Allenhurst Police Department reported the following incidents:
OCT. 12
• After being stopped for driving with an expired inspection sticker, a 46-year-old West End woman was arrested for driving without vehicle insurance. She was processed and released on traffic summonses for failure to inspect, operating an unregistered vehicle, driving with an expired driver’s license, and driving uninsured. Her vehicle was impounded. Patrolman Eric Scamporino was the arresting officer.
OCT. 13
• Police responded to an incoming NJ Transit train when a report was receieved of a passenger having a heart attack. Officers rendered assistance with the Allenhurst First Aid Squad and the MONOC paramedics. The subject was transported to Jersey Shore University Hospital. Ptl. Marc Eustance and Ptl. Scott Rapolla were the responding officers.
OCT. 14
• Police arrested a 26-year-old Asbury Park man after stopping his vehicle. He was found to have traffic warrants for his arrest out of Neptune and Ocean townships. He was arrested without incident, process and issued Allenhurst traffic summonses for driving with a suspended license, driving with an expired license, failure to exhibit a driver’s license and failure to verify proof of vehicle insurance. His vehicle was also impounded. He was medically cleared and transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institute in default of bail by Neptune Townships officers. Ptl. Scamporino was the arresting officer.
