The Sun has received its first reports of power back on in the city. A resident of a condominium building on Sunset Ave. on Sunset Lake reports her building has power.

Meanwhile, city manager Terry Reidy sent a text to Sun staff on Friday night stating that the citywide 7 p.m. curfew will continue until lifted by the Office of Emergency Management. Reidy also said that the city “started feeding people at Springwood Center today [Friday]. Fed about 300 residents.”

Reidy also confirmed a prior  Sun report on Wednesday that “boardwalk suffered damage…moderate…retail space in pavilions severely impacted.”
