From Jan. 3 to 5, 2013, the Asbury Park Police Deparment made the following arrests:
JAN. 3
• A 33-year-old female from Tinton Falls was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing.
• A 26-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS.
• A 42-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS.
JAN. 4
• A 20-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice.
• A 23-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS.
• A 31-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 10 block of Memorial Drive.
• A 29-year-old male from Freehold was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 10 block of Memorial Drive.
JAN. 5
• A 20-year-old female from Jackson was arrested and charged with criminal simulation.
