From Jan. 29 to Feb. 5, the Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests:
JAN. 29
A 20-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a hand gun, obstruction of justice and resisting arrest.
JAN. 30
A 44-year-old male from Belmar was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances [CDS], manufacturing or distributing CDS and CDS distribution near school property.
A 34-year-old male from Jersey City was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol [DUI].
A 25-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, manufacturing or distributing CDS and CDS distribution near school property.
A 19-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of weapons, obstruction of justice, defiant trespassing and resisting arrest.
JAN. 31
A 40-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault.
FEB. 5
A 28-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with trespassing in the 300 block of Seventh Avenue.
