From Oct. 23 to 29 the Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests:
OCT 23
• A 36-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with burglary to a structure and theft of property in the 300 block of Deal Lake Drive.
• A 30-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child at police headquarters.
OCT 24
• A 26-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances [CDS], possession of CDS with intent to distribute and CDS distribution near school property in the 1200 block of Washington Avenue.
• A 25-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia at the intersection of Third Avenue and Comstock Street.
• A 23-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.
• A 51-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS.
OCT 25
• A 48-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault in the 1200 block of Washington Avenue.
OCT 26
• A 26-year-old male from Point Pleasant was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 25-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and possession of CDS with intent to distribute.
• A 32-year-old male from Freehold was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Second Street.
OCT 27
• A 24-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with driving without a license in the 800 block of Monroe Avenue.
• A 20-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon by a felon in the 200 block of Washington Village.
• A 21-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and CDS distribution near school property.
OCT 29
• A 21-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS in the 600 block of Ridge Avenue.
• A 23-year-old male from Brick was arrested and charged with possession of CDS.
