From Jan. 21 to 28 the Asbury Park police department made the following arrests:
JAN 21
• A 22-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with criminal mischief.
• A 30-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances [CDS] and possession of drug paraphernalia at police headquarters.
• A 38-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Summerfield Avenue.
• A 26-year-old male from Freehold was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia at police headquarters.
• A 52-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia at police headquarters.
• A 44-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia at police headquarters.
• A 20-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault.
JAN 22
• A 31-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with CDS manufacture or distribution, possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of Second Avenue.
• A 31-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
JAN 23
• A 26-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault in the 1100 block of Monroe Avenue.
• A 54-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A 56-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS.
JAN 24
• A 23-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Main Street.
• A 31-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault at headquarters.
• A 33-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and possession of CDS at municipal plaza.
• A 27-year-old male from Freehold was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the 300 block of Cookman Avenue.
• A 19-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Main Street.
• A 27-year-old male from Newark was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a hand gun at police headquarters.

• A 32-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at police headquarters.
• A 32-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with animal control violations in the 500 block of Prospect Avenue.
• A 23-year-old from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with criminal simulation and tampering with evidence in the 1600 block of Bangs Avenue.
• A 27-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• An 18-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with criminal simulation in the 1600 block of Bangs Avenue.
• A 19-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the intersection of Union and Springwood avenues.
• A 20-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with theft of property.

• A 34-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing.
• A 30-year-old male from Keyport was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Second Avenue.

• A 21-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering apprehension at the intersection of Borden Avenue and New Road.
• A 36-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with shoplifting in the 600 block of Main Street.

• A 37-year-old male from Tinton Falls was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice at the intersection of First Avenue and Main Street.
