From Jan. 28 to Feb. 3 the Asbury Park police department made the following arrests:
JAN 28
• A 38-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property in the 500 block of Prospect Street.
JAN 29
• A 33-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances [CDS] and possession of CDS with intent to disitrubite in the 1200 block of Washington Avenue.
• A 25-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats and simple assault in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue.
JAN 30
• A 43-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs [DUI], obstruction of justice, resisting arrest and tampering with evidence and possession of CDS in the 10 block of Borden Avenue.
• A 36-year-old female from Neptune was arrested and charged with DUI and possession of CDS in the 100 block of Dewitt Avenue.
• A 49-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing.
• A 48-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension in the 100 block of Dewitt Avenue.
JAN 31
• A 29-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue.
• A 23-year-old female from Ocean Grove was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia at the intersection of Main Street and Main Avenue.
• A 24-year-old female from South River was arrested and charged with possession of CDS at the intersection of Main Street and Main Avenue.
• A 22-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice and possession of CDS in the 1200 block of Monroe Avenue.
FEB 1
• A 34-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and resisting arrest.
• A 52-year-old female from Neptune was arrested and charged with begging and consumption of beer or alcohol in public at the municipal plaza.
• A 46-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with DUI and reckless driving at the intersection of Asbury Avenue and Bond Street.
• A 22-year-old male from Warwick NY was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 53-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia at Boston Way.
• A 23-year-old male from Freehold was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 24-year-old female from Long Branch was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 10 block of Dewitt Avenue.
FEB 2
• A 23-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing.
• A 56-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of prescription drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice in the 100 block of Borden Avenue.
FEB 3
• A 39-year-old male from Bronx, NY, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the transportation center.
