From Feb. 12 to 17 the Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests:
FEB 12
• A 46-year-old male from Neptune City was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 1400 block of Springwood Avenue.
• A 21-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault in the 200 block of Atkins Avenue.
FEB 13
• An 18-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 10 block of Atkins Avenue.
FEB 14
• A 37-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension at the intersection of Prospect and Summerfield avenues.
• A 59-year-old male from Colts Neck was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances [CDS] in the 800 block of Sunset Avenue.
• A 71-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, CDS manufacture or distribution and CDS distribution near school property in the 900 block of Third Avenue.
FEB 15
• A 23-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice at the intersection of Bangs and Borden avenues.
• A 42-year-old male from Bradley Beach was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and defiant trespassing in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue.
• A 24-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing, hindering apprehension and possession of CDS in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue.
• A 34-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and possession of CDS in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue.
• A 35-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the intersection of First and Mattison avenues.
• A 33-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and possession of CDS in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue.
• A 54-year-old female from Wanamassa was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, refusal to submit to chemical testing and reckless driving at the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Bond Street.
• A 23-year-old male from Camden was arrested and charged with possession of CDS in the 200 block of Second Avenue.
• A 22-year-old male from Pennsauken was arrested and charged with possession of CDS in the 200 block of Second Avenue.
• A 20-year-old male from North Brunswick was arrested and charged with shoplifting and conspiracy to commit theft at municipal plaza.
FEB 16
• A 43-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and defiant trespassing in the 1200 block of Springwood Avenue.
FEB 17
• A 21-year-old female from Neptune was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension.
• A 28-year-old female from Brielle was arrested and charged with possession of CDS in the 1500 block of Springwood Avenue.
