From Feb. 25 to March 3 the Asbury Park police department made the following arrests:
FEB 25
• A 32-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with child abuse and neglect in the 400 block of Ridge Avenue.
FEB 26
• A 51-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances [CDS] in the 1200 block of Bond Street.
• A 35-year-old male from East Strousburg PA was arrested and charged with possession of CDS in the 1000 block of Bangs Avenue.
• A 49-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, CDS distribution near school property, tampering with evidence and possession of CDS with intent to distribute in the 1200 block of Washington Avenue.
• A 36-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Sewall Avenue.
FEB 27
• A 25-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Bond Street.
• A 19-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing at Atkins Avenue.
• A 55-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at Vita gardens.
• A 31-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with possession of CDS in the 1200 block of Springwood Avenue.
FEB 28
• A 20-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice in the 800 block of Lake Avenue.
• A 28-year-old male from Toms River was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension and possession of CDS in the 1400 block of Third Avenue.
• A 22-year-old male from Toms River was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1400 block of Third Avenue.
• A 42-year-old male from Jamaica was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, and CDS distribution near school property and possession of CDS with intent to distribute in the 400 block of Eighth Avenue.
• A 23-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with sexual assault and child abuse or neglect at police headquarters.
• A 24-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, making terroristic threats, unlawful possession of explosives and unlawful possession of weapons in the 1200 block of Washington Avenue.
MARCH 1
• A 26-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and resisting arrest in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue.
• A 19-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 1400 block of Springwood Avenue.
• A 42-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Ridge Avenue.
• A 36-year-old male from Troy NY was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the intersection of Seventh Avenue and Kingsley Street.
• A 27-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
MARCH 2
• A 39-year-old female from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS.
MARCH 3
• A 31-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice in the 1000 block of Main Street.
• A 54-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice in the 1000 block of Main Street.
