From April 22 to 29 the Asbury Park police department made the following arrests:
APRIL 22
• A 26-year-old male from Ocean was arrested and charged with driving without a license at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Emory Street.
• A 49-year-old female from Sea Bright was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 1700 block of Ocean Avenue.
APRIL 23
• A 40-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and defiant trespassing in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue.
• A 37-year-old female from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a syringe and defiant trespassing in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue.
• A 20-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with theft of property in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue.
• A 37-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 20 block of Main Street.
APRIL 24
• A 26-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances [CDS], CDS manufacture or distribution, possession of drug paraphernalia and CDS distribution near school property in the 100 block of Langford Street.
• A 27-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, possession of CDS with intent to distribute and CDS distribution near school property in the 100 block of Langford Street.
• A 24-year-old male from Ocean Grove was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of Langford Street.
• A 19-year-old female from Red Bank was arrested and charged with possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia and CDS distribution near school property in the 100 block of Langford Street.
• A 29-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS and CDS distribution near school property at the intersection of Third Avenue and Memorial Drive.
APRIL 25
• A 33-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue.
APRIL 26
• A 45-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice, resisting arrest, aggravated assault and unlawful possession of weapons in the 200 block of Second Avenue.
• A 46-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice and resisting arrest in the 200 block of Second Avenue.
• A 26-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and child abuse or neglect in the 500 block of Prospect Avenue.
APRIL 27
• A 29-year-old male from Belmar was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Main Street.
• A 21-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice, resisting arrest and hindering apprehension in the 400 block of Prospect Street.
• A 21-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice.
• A 39-year-old male from Eatontown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at the intersection of Atkins and Atlantic avenues.
• A 37-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with shoplifting in the 1000 block of Memorial Drive.
• A 49-year-old male from Brielle was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing in the 900 block of Fifth Avenue.
• A 32-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS at the intersection of Cookman Avenue and Memorial Drive.
APRIL 28
• A 42-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice at the intersection of First Avenue and Main Street.
• A 46-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with aggravated assault in the 1200 block of Monroe Avenue.
APRIL 29
• A 41-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
