Between September 2 and 8, the Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests:
SEPT 2
• A 35-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with harassment in the 1300 block of Third Avenue.
SEPT 3
• A 51-year-old male from Neptune Township was arrested and charged with shoplifting at the intersection of Ocean and Fourth avenues.
• A 49-year-old male from Ocean Grove was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance [CDS; marijuana/hash under 50g] at the intersection of Borden and Springwood avenues.
• A 31-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [heroin] in Sunset Park.
• A 21-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with aggravated assault in the 400 block of Fourth Avenue.
SEPT 4
• A 31-year-old male from Highlands was arrested and charged with strong-arm robbery in the 1100 block of Asbury Avenue.
• A 36-year-old male from Red Bank was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [heroin] and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1300 block of Sewall Avenue.
• A 44-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with theft of property and burglary to a structure in the 200 block of First Avenue.
• A 21-year-old female from Spring Lake Heights was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS [cocaine] in the 1400 block of Springwood Avenue.
SEPT 5
• A 50-year-old male from Red Bank was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] in the 1400 block of Springwood Avenue.
• A 27-year-old male from Englishtown was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] in the 1200 block of Bangs Avenue.
• A 24-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the first block of Atkins Avenue.
• A 37-year-old male from Red Bank was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering apprehension in the 1400 block of Springwood Avenue.
SEPT 6
• A 20-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Ocean Avenue.
• A 19-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with obstructing justice at the intersection of Second and Ocean avenues.
• A 22-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Ocean Avenue.
• A 23-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing justice and resisting arrest in the 900 block of Ocean Avenue.
• A 26-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at the intersection of Cookman Avenue and Main Street.
• A 46-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with simple assault in the 800 block of Third Avenue.
SEPT 7
• A 21-year-old female from Brick was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of Mattison Avenue.
• A24-year-old male from Manalapan was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 54-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and possession of CDS [cocaine] in the 1000 block of Mattison Avenue.
SEPT 8
• A 34-year-old male from Barnegat was arrested and charged with shoplifting in the 900 block of Main Street.
• A 36-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 700 block of First Avenue.
• A 25-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [heroin], possession of CDS [cocaine], possession of CDS with intent to distribute, and possession of CDS in a school zone in the 1200 block of Washington Avenue.
• A 26-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] and tampering with evidence in the 1400 block of Main Street.
• A 53-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1400 block of Main Street.
