From Dec. 23 to Jan. 4, the Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests:
DEC 23
• A 52-year-old female from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] and possession of drug paraphernalia at the intersection of Springwood and Elizabeth avenues.
DEC 24
• A 34-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with possession of a stun gun and certain persons not to have weapons at the intersection of Church Street and Prospect Avenue.
DEC 26
• A 36-year-old male from Ocean was arrested and charged with theft by deception, possession of burglary tools, possession of CDS [marijuana/hash under 50g] and possession of drug paraphernalia at the intersection of Sewall Avenue and Main Street.
• A 26-year-old male from Neptune Township was arrested and charged with obstructing justice in the 1000 block of Summerfield Avenue.
DEC 27
• A 26-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the 200 block of Bond Street.
• A 36-year-old female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon in the 100 block of Atkins Avenue.
• A 28-year-old male from Belmar was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [heroin] in the 700 block of Cookman Avenue.
• A 21-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief in the 1400 block of Main Street.
DEC 28
• A 52-year-old male female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the intersection of Main Street and Sunset Avenue.
• A 26-year-old male from Howell was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 35-year-old male from Bradley Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 32-year-old male female from Bradley Beach was arrested and charged with obstructing justice in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 48-year-old female from Neptune City was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 700 block of Sewall Avenue.
• A 27-year-old male from Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 28-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 10 block of Dewitt Avenue.
DEC 29
• A 42-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with burglary to a structure and criminal mischief at police headquarters.
DEC 30
• A 35-year-old male from Toms River was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine] and possession of drug paraphernalia at One Municipal Plaza.
• A 20-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with shoplifting in the 900 block of Main Street.
DEC 31
• A 45-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstructing justice, resisting arrest, and receiving stolen property in the 900 block of Summerfield Avenue.
• A 54-year-old male from Asbury Park was picked up on a warrant, arrested and charged with attempted homicide, robbery, and unlawful possession of a weapon at police headquarters. The Sun has placed a further inquiry into this arrest.
• A 36-year-old male from Neptune Township was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [cocaine], possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of hypodermic needles at the intersection of Adams and Atkins streets.
• A 23-year-old female from Bradley Beach was arrested and charged with possession of hypodermic needles in the 600 block of Asbury Avenue.
• A 34-year-old male from Jersey City was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 600 block of Emory Street.

• A 21-year-old male from Manalapan was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 23-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstructing justice, resisting arrest and projecting bodily fluids in the 100 block of Langford Street.
• A 38-year-old male from Jersey City was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 19-year-old male female from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with obstructing justice in the 100 block of Langford Street.
• A 26-year-old female from Moorestown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 23-year-old male from Lakewood was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 26-year-old male from Millstown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 24-year-old male from Delaware, Ohio, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.

• A 23-year-old male from Neptune Township was arrested and charged with robbery in the 100 block of Memorial Drive.
• A 24-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A 27-year-old male from Neptune Township was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kingsley Street.
• A-22-year-old male from Long Branch was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of Kinglsey Street.
JAN 4
• A 19-year-old male from Newark was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Memorial Drive.
• A 20-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Memorial Drive.
• A 45-year-old male from Asbury Park was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 1200 block of Summerfield Avenue.
• A 21-year-old male from Vineland was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing in the 100 block of Langford Street.
• A 21-year-old male from Neptune was arrested and charged with possession of CDS [marijuana/hash under 50g] in the 500 block of First Avenue.
