Bridgefest Beach Festival heads to Ocean Grove
Christian radio event expected to draw thousands
The Bridge Christian Radio will host this year’s Bridgefest Beach Festival in Ocean Grove Friday and Saturday.
Christian music performers Lincoln Brewster and Mikeschair will be performing in the Great Auditorium on Friday, according to a press release from the event’s promoters.
On Saturday there will be “an ocean baptism, Q-and-A panels, surf clinics, vendors, bible teachers and a youth rally,” the release said.
There is an information booth for the event [above right] on the south side of the Great Auditorium.
The theme of the two-day event is “Despite the storms of life, God is still speaking,” the news release said.
“Faith-based organizations have been a major force in the spiritual, financial and physical rebuilding of the Jersey Shore,” said Ralph Del Campo, COO of the Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association.
“We’ve seen an incredible spiritual revival as people look beyond their circumstances and find hope and comfort in the gospel,” Del Campo said.
The event starts Friday, June 21 at 7 p.m. and runs all day Saturday, June 22. Tickets start at $20.
