The street market-like setup will feature home goods, clothing, and specialty items, as well as a host of pop-up events and workshops, Sugrim said. Five mobile stands will collectively feature the work of 17 resident vendors, the majority of which are from the tristate area. The Market Stands will be open from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday to Sunday through Jan. 3.
“We’re building on the favorite annual events guests have come to expect, including the Holiday Tree Lighting plays at the Paramount Theatre, a lively array of music, shopping, and entertainment,” Sugrim said. “Since Asbury Park appeals to a diverse audience, a varied line up of events suitable for families, nightlife enthusiasts, and everyone in between can be found in the programming schedule.”
