Electronics Focus of Four Day Burglary Spree
Officials warn residents to be vigilant and ask for help with investigations
A spate of home burglaries in the West Deal and Deal Park neighborhoods has officials asking the public to be more vigilant and provide any information pertaining to the breaking and entering and theft incidents that began on Thursday and continued through Sunday, according to a Ocean Township Police Department news release.
The burglary suspects forcibly entered the rear of homes via a door and/or windows, officials said. Once they focused their thefts on electronic items, most specifically several flat screen television sets.
Residents are urged to be vigilant for any and all suspicious activity in their neighborhoods, officials said.
