The annual beach badge holiday gift certificates are now on sale, city officials have announced.

Each year, the City offers discounted rates to those interested in purchasing the seasonal beach badges as a holiday gift.

This year, gift certificates are being offered at the 2018 seasonal rates: $70 for adults, $20 for seniors over 62 and teens, ages 13 to 17. There is no charge for children under 12 years old.

The badges can be purchased from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday Dec 7, 14, and 21; and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday Dec. 8, 15, and 22 in the lobby at City Hall, located at 1 Municipal Plaza.

Cash and check payments will be accepted, and the gift certificates will be redeemable beginning May 1 at the Boardwalk Beach Office, located at the Second Avenue entrance.
