Man on bicycle seen firing two shots on Sewall Avenue
Incident took place just after midnight Monday
Asbury Park police are investigating an early Monday morning incident of shots fired by a man who was reportedly riding a bicycle at the time.
Police responded to the call in the 700 block of Sewall Avenue shortly after midnight Monday, according to Deputy Chief Anthony Salerno.
A 25-year-old city man was sitting on his porch when an unknown male on a bicycle reportedly rode by the house and fired two shots, Salerno said.
No one was injured as a result of the shooting and no further information is available at this time, he said.
Asbury Park Police Detective Bureau and the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office are investigating the incident.
