Neptune man shot at Stephen Manor

Man sustained non-life-threatening injuries

A 20-year-old Neptune man was shot at about 11 p.m. last night outside Building F of the Stephen Manor apartments, said Police Chief Mark Kinmon.

The man sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Jersey Shore Medical Center. The case is being investigated by the Asbury Park Police Department Detective Bureau and the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.

Shots were reportedly fired at Stephen Manor at about 1:45 a.m. on Oct. 11. That incident resulted in no injuries.
