Ocean PD Arrest Four Following Narcotics Investigation
Charges include heroin & crack cocaine possession, with intent to distribute
A 24-year old woman and three men were arrested for crack cocaine and heroin possession, with an intent to distribute, following the execution of a search warrant, Ocean Township Police announced in a written news statement.
Rashan Bragg, 37, of Bradley Beach; Robert Williams, 35, of Neptune City; Delynne Coddington, 24, of Bradley Beach; and township resident Tyson Burrus, 38, were charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Burrus also had active warrant out of Ocean Township.
The charges followed a narcotics investigation that led to the 10 a.m. search warrant execution at an Aldrin Road home, officials said.
Bragg, Coddington and Burrus were remanded to Monmouth County Jail, pending an initial court appearance. Williams was released on a summons, officials said.
Detectives Michael Legg, Michael Melody, Jesse Orbach, Steven Walker, Greg Martone and Christopher Brady led the investigation. Detective Sergeants Greg Tongring, Patrick Martin Detective Lieutenant Tim Torchia, Police Officer Kevin Donohoe, and the Monmouth County Sheriff’s K-9 Unit assisted.
